History

NRG Resources, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, was founded in late 2001 by Tony Vanetik.  Mr. Vanetik, an entrepreneur, had previously been involved with one of the largest independent lubricant suppliers to the mining industry in Eurasia.   In 2002, Mr. Vanetik was joined by Hiep Trinh, a founding partner in Eventide Capital Partners.   Mr. Vanetik continues to serve as CEO and Chairman of the Board of NRG Resources, Inc.  Mr. Hiep Trinh serves as Executive VP of the company.

NRG currently markets branded products that are proven to reduce emissions, improve fuel economy, and reduce costs and maintenance requirements for vehicles, diesel equipment, and machinery. These next-generation lubricants and fuel supplements, which employ Mono-Molecular Adhesion (MMA) technology available exclusively from NRG, are of keen interest to major OEM’s, fleets and distributors across the transportation industry.  The Company competes in the $36 billion worldwide market for automotive and industrial lubricants and began shipping commercial quantities during 2007.
